Hemangi Paknikar
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Mrs. Hemangi Paknikar, M.A. in Music, is the founder of Sur Sanskaar, an institution dedicated to preserving and nurturing the rich legacy of Hindustani Classical Music for future generations. Established in 2010, the Academy was founded with the vision of introducing children to the inspiration, depth, and spiritual essence of Indian music, culture, arts, and heritage.
At Sur Sanskaar, we believe that the arts create a deeper connection to life, culture, and self-expression. Guided by the mission of spreading awareness and foundational knowledge of Indian Classical Music and culture among young learners, the Academy has inspired children between the ages of 8 and 18 to develop a lasting appreciation for Indian music.
Over the past 12 years, more than 900 students have learned the fundamentals of Indian Classical Music through Sur Sanskaar. Through sincere dedication, quality education, and cultural commitment, the Academy has earned the trust, credibility, and admiration of music lovers across generations.
